I ordered this November 16 and it is December 8 today and I have not received the article of clothing that I ordered. I have contacted the company via email because I don’t know how to get in touch with them by phone and speak with a person, and they do respond to my emails by saying they’ll check on it but I still don’t have any answers and they are not getting the answers either. This correspondence has been going on over a week. This is supposed to be a Christmas present for a family member who picked it out. Hoping to receive it in time. Don’t want to buy from them again.
